North Star would like to congratulate Steve Rechtien on achieving the Silver Beaver Award. The Silver Beaver Award is the highest honor a Boy Scout council can bestow on an adult volunteer leader. Steve received his award at Council’s Annual Meeting and Recognition Dinner on May 28 at the St. Charles Convention Center
